Due to the number of students in class, it is not possible for the teachers to provide individual attention to the students. This makes the students feel left out and thus struggle to get good grades. While these students struggle on their own to get good grades, they can be helped by the tutors who give special attention to students. Tutors will not only give special attention but will make the learning environment conducive- which will lead to significant improvements in students test scores and their self-confidence.
